Niet te vroeg op, ontbijtje, lezen tijdens de buien en &#8217;s middags de fietsjes uit de bakskist opgediept en een lekker fietstochtje langs de waddendijk rond LW gemaakt, met vele foeragerende vogels en ontluikend groen. Uit de wind was het onder de buiskap met een dikke trui goed uit te houden, dus we konden het allemaal goed bekijken.<\/p>\n<p>Verder was het de Nationale reddingbootdag: overal in Nederland laat de KNRM zien wat ze in huis hebben. Je kunt jezelf in een overlevingspak en zwemvest hijsen en een tochtje op hun stoere snelle boten maken. De rij was zo lang, dat ik er vanaf zag. En we kruipen er op tijd in, want morgen gaat om 0600 uur de wekker: tussen 0700 en 0730 moeten we vertrekken met het tij mee naar Kornwerderzand. We hebben het nog maar even gecheckt: de bruggen en sluis zijn morgen niet gestremd! &#8217;s Ochtends is het nog rustig, maar in de loop van de middag gaat het steeds harder waaien, het stormfront passeert morgennacht.
